Thank you for choosing The Dapper Gentleman for your custom business and formalwear needs. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
a. General Terms: The Dapper Gentleman reserves the right to modify or terminate our services at any time for any reason without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
b. Refunds and Exchanges: The Dapper Gentleman does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products. Minor tailoring services may be provided on a case-by-case basis, with parameters set by us. Clients who opt out of a basted fitting are not eligible for alterations. Clients not measured by The Dapper Gentleman staff are not eligible for alterations or a remake of the garment. In the event that a garment does not fit the client at all, and the quality would be affected due to necessary tailoring, The Dapper Gentleman will provide a replacement garment at no cost to the client. Cancellations are possible, but if payment is made and the garment-making process has already commenced, no refunds will be provided. If payment is made but no work has commenced, the client is eligible for up to 50% of the invoiced price. Payments can be made through PayPal (for international clients), Interac E-Transfer (for local clients), or our invoice program.
c. Unique Garments: Every garment created by The Dapper Gentleman is guaranteed to be one of a kind. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Privacy Policy
At The Dapper Gentleman, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our website and services.
a. Information We Collect: We collect your name, email address, and shipping address to process orders and provide customer support. Payment information is not collected by us as it is processed through virtual means outside of our website.
b. Use of Information: Any information provided to us is used solely for processing orders and providing customer support.
c. Sharing of Information: Shipping addresses may be shared with our vendors and shipping companies for delivery purposes.
d. Cookies: We use cookies in accordance with WordPress’ terms.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Dapper Gentleman. If you are not satisfied with your off-the-rack item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@thedappergentleman.ca. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Items customized to you cannot be returned. If you are an international client who has been measured by an individual not on staff with The Dapper Gentleman, no refunds can be given. All garments have the option of a basted fitting. If a basted fitting is declined, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not possible. If a client opts for a basted fitting and/or is measured by a staff member of The Dapper Gentleman, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
